The birthplace of duality may be that waking point at which you emerge from the dream world of night visions where subject and object are but one into the light world of day visions where subject and object simply appear as other. Finally, in reality, you see that “thou art that!...” and cross over to seek the wisdom of the yonder shore by passing through the Sun’s Gate.
